All decisions should be based on your independent inspection and verification (including confirming current rates, fees, house rules, and availability).
4) Short-Term Rentals; Third-Party Platforms
We offer certain rentals directly and may also list properties on third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Furnished Finder. When you book or interact through a third-party platform, that platform’s terms, policies, and payment rules may apply in addition to ours.
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, errors, policies, fees, or actions.
5) Rental Terms & Agreements (Property-Specific)
Rental terms, deposits, fees, rules, and agreements can vary by property. Any information on the Site is not a binding offer and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship until confirmed in writing (or via the applicable platform booking process) and, where required, execution of a property-specific agreement.

We do not discriminate in housing-related services on the basis of protected characteristics under applicable law, which may include (depending on jurisdiction) race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, and other protected categories.

7) Online Payments (Stripe)
We accept online payments through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:
Provide accurate payment and billing information
Pay all amounts due, including applicable taxes and fees (if any)
Comply with Stripe’s terms and policies, as applicable to your transaction
Payment Processing: Payments may be processed by Stripe or its affiliates. We do not store full payment card details; Stripe handles payment processing and security according to its systems and policies.
Refunds / Chargebacks: Refund eligibility (if any) depends on the applicable property-specific agreement and/or the third-party platform policy (Airbnb/Furnished Finder). Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms and/or the applicable rental agreement.
8) Communications (Email, Phone, SMS/Text)
When you submit a form, request information, book a rental, or otherwise contact us, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, email, and text at the contact details you provide. Messages may be sent using automated tools. Message/data rates may apply.
Opt-out of marketing texts: Reply STOP (or follow the opt-out instructions in the message).
We may still send non-marketing messages related to an active inquiry, booking, transaction, or legal notice where permitted by law.
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems/accounts
Interfere with Site security/operation (hacking, scraping, malware, etc.)
Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
Use the Site to harass, spam, or harm others
Copy, republish, or exploit Site content without permission
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10) User Submissions

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a property-specific agreement or platform booking terms, the applicable property-specific agreement or platform terms will control for that booking.
