Non-Refundable Application Fee — Shasta Way (30–90 Day Furnished Rental) Apply to rent our furnished Shasta Way home for a 30–90 day stay (monthly rent $4,500). The application fee is $65 per adult applicant (18 years of age or older) and is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of processing your application, verifying information, screening, and administrative time to review and prepare a lease offer.

How to get the application: Applications are provided digitally or can be picked up in-person at the property.
Submission time: Your application submission time is the time we receive all completed applications and all application fees for EVERY adult (18+) in the household.
Non-refundable: The fee is non-refundable regardless of approval status, incomplete application, or if you choose not to move forward.
Credit to rent (if approved): If your application is approved and you sign the lease, your application fees will be applied to your first month’s rent.
Multiple qualified applicants: If multiple applicants qualify, approvals are considered on a first come, first served basis based on submission time (complete household applications + all fees received).
